"I had my Lexus serviced at Toyota Certified Santee and again Scott was my service adviser. They performed an oil and filter service and diagnosed a warning light issue that was displayed in the dash.
Scott handled all of my needs with attention and due diligence and I had a short waiting period. I have two of my vehicles serviced at this location and I can depend on Scott each and every time.

When asked Scott was able to refer me to a local BMW independent service facility for my special service needs on my wifes 9 year old BMW and it appears this recommendation will be great based on the conversation I had with this BMW facility, scheduled service for 08-10-11.

I additionally had my 2009 Corolla serviced this week and again with no issues and Scott handled everything and my waiting time was short!
