I have gone to Toyota Service of Santee since 2008. Scott Miller is the best! He is very friendly, concerned with the needs of my car, but most of all he is honest with me, and that makes me feel like I am not being taken advantage of. My husband and I will continue to take our Avalon there, because we feel there is never any pressure to buy added parts or services that you don't need. This is important to us. I agree with William, with or without an appointment Scott takes care of you with excellent service! Also the new facility is really nice. With coffee,TV & internet, waiting for your car is not too bad ! I recommend Toyota of Santee!

I live in Poway but I still drive to Santee for major service work on both my 09 Tundra and our 04 Rav. With or without an appointment Scott Miller the Assistant Service Manager takes excellent care of both of my family's Toyotas. He always lets you know what needs to be done as well as any recommended service work. Helps keep our Toys running dependable and safe.

I HATE dealing with my car. Almost every repair shop, oil change place, and dealship that I've been to tries to upsell, and has terrible customer service. I get it, I'm not a car person, I don't know everything. Because of this, I've gotten plenty used to walking out of shops, and calling HQ to complain. Rant over. GO TO TOYOTA OF SANTEE! Best service ever, great guys that work there, and they are up-front and honest.
