I HATE dealing with my car. Almost every repair shop, oil change place, and dealship that I've been to tries to upsell, and has terrible customer service. I get it, I'm not a car person, I don't know everything. Because of this, I've gotten plenty used to walking out of shops, and calling HQ to complain. Rant over. GO TO TOYOTA OF SANTEE! Best service ever, great guys that work there, and they are up-front and honest.
