I have gone to Toyota Service of Santee since 2008. Scott Miller is the best! He is very friendly, concerned with the needs of my car, but most of all he is honest with me, and that makes me feel like I am not being taken advantage of. My husband and I will continue to take our Avalon there, because we feel there is never any pressure to buy added parts or services that you don't need. This is important to us. I agree with William, with or without an appointment Scott takes care of you with excellent service! Also the new facility is really nice. With coffee,TV & internet, waiting for your car is not too bad ! I recommend Toyota of Santee!
